Oliver Inc. is looking for bright and motivated Sales Rep to join our team, who will play a key role in our growth! This position's primary role is to increase sales revenues, developing new customers and prospecting opportunities by providing quick response related to our service and product solutions. The Sales Rep will be our brand ambassador, proving ability to network and develop new relationships within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, meet, or exceed sales budgets

• Drive sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation and successful conclusion of new business opportunities.

• Establish, maintain, manage, grow and update prospect and customer databases.
• Work on proposals and quotations, follow-up on all customer inquiries and with new clients at intervals outlined in communication plans.
• Follow debriefing guidelines for all sales opportunities and serve as a liaison to ensure new customer accounts are successfully transitioned to the appropriate Department.
• Collaborate with internal departments providing support and timely response and information.
• Provide existing and potential customers with support.

• Attend networking and marketing functions on a regular basis, represent the company in the marketplace and various industry events.

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of prior sales experience within a relevant industry. Printing/packaging experience/education optimal.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Financial and Sales acumen in understanding client operations and developing cost-effective solutions.
• Ability to travel without limitation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate.
• Systematic, customer centric problem solving by working with customers and account team.
• Ambitious/ Goal oriented.
• Knowledge and education in the packaging industry; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
