Learn More: [please apply online] In this role, you will create, develop and evolve analytic models that enable insight, business decisions and sales performance management.
You will develop analytic tools to measure a productivity and capacity of various roles in our world-wide sales and professional services teams. These tools drive headcount planning and enable managers to plan, scenario build and anticipate needed changes to staffing or business process.
In addition, this role will contribute to the creation, evolution and maintenance of departmental metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that predict sales and operational excellence.
Further, you will be looked to as an expert in delivering business insights from data analytics.

- Create, develop and own capacity and productivity models for assigned Sales and Services functions.
- Establish ownership of and regular updates to departmental metrics and analytic tools, including defined sales “health metrics” and a centralized dashboard for our segment-based partners to drive sales performance.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Operations Business Partners, Finance, and other groups as needed to integrate capacity and productivity measures into the planning cycle and during key business reviews.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python or related tools a plus
- Experience with MS PowerBI or related tools a plus
- Experience with predictive analytics a plus
- Experience with Anaplan a plus
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
