Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, independently and locally owned Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, is immediately hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative.

Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, with alternating Saturdays; 7:00AM - 7:30PM
Compensation: ** Commission Only **
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

Outside Sales Representative Position Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining the needs of the customer and then provide solutions. Developing B2C customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales representative is responsible for company generated leads, lead qualification, and follow-up.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Previous HVAC experience preferred
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Self-motivation and results orientated
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
