Summary: Develop and align market initiatives to achieve targeted organic growth

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Identify industry trends and business impact

· Improve access to and delivery of care; establish and maintain relationships

· Promote expansion by actively seeking stakeholders and community partners to improve processes, access, and outcomes.

· Coordinate and support the Market Leader, physicians, and other staff in their efforts to develop collaborative relationships

· Increase satisfaction among providers who practice in their communities.

· Attend job fairs, trade shows and other industry events.

· Other related duties as assigned.

Knowledege, Skills & Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

· Knowledge of healthcare analytics and strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Sciences or related field

· Four (4) years’ experience in healthcare provider relations/ business development

· Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualification:

· Clinical and/or sales background with experience in business development in healthcare networks or regional markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• clinical business development: 1 year (Preferred)
