We are looking for high energy sales reps who can handle taking calls and verifying customer information. A typical phone call lasts 4-5 minutes. This is an in-office position located in Delray Beach. If you can handle a large volume of outbound calls while keeping a positive attitude,_ we want you._

We reward our top agents with cash spiffs, lunches, bonuses, time off, etc.

Job Information:

• $20/hr starting pay
• Full time 10AM-6PM, Mon-Friday
• Business casual
• PAID Training
• bi-weekly pay

What we are looking for:

• Call Center or Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Talent for multitasking as you will be typing while talking to customers.
• Must type at least 25-30 wpm.
• Ability for problem-solving and handling objections/rebutalling
• Attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer all phone calls professionally, courteously, and compassionately
• Respond to patient(s) and client(s) with the utmost courtesy and professionalism always
• Responds to calls according to specific guidelines
• Verify and update information if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
