The Otis Americas Sales Operations team is seeking a customer-oriented and results-driven individual to join the team!
This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales territory design for the North American organization. This includes data management, portfolio management, and working within the service sales CRM to ensure data accuracy. This role will also be responsible for understanding quota setting methodology and will have direct ownership of quota updates which includes quota creation and communication to sales reps and other key internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales territory design, tracking, and ongoing management of territories
  • Develop and maintain territory governance cadence
  • Manages quota workbook distribution, receipt, and final copies
  • Manages quota allocation method, workbook design, and ongoing administration of quota changes
  • Work with human resources and compensation administration to onboard sales teams into the appropriate sales compensation plan across the sales organization
  • Work with sales enablement to onboard sales teams onto scorecards, rep rankings, and sales communications
  • Works with DT to update scorecards, rep rankings, and other performance data tracking
  • Maintain sales performance tracking and data accuracy against goals, report data updates to incentive compensation administrators
  • Develop and/or improve processes that drive greater sales efficiency

You should have:
  • Minimum of two years of applicable and relevant experience, preferably in Sales or Sales Operations
  • Successful track record demonstrating organization skills at a proficient level, as well as managing against timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs and objectives
  • Understanding of sales territory modeling, sales market dynamics, and best practices to enhance processes, tools, and resources
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, supplemented by 2+ years of experience (sales experience preferred)
