We are searching for a talented Inside Sales Agent that thrives in a rapid sales cycle environment. Health insurance is a lucrative industry with unlimited income potential, and we have access to exclusive Marketing and execute Sales Methods that set us apart from all other Agencies.

We only sell Major Medical Health insurance Plans.

No cold calls all clients have inquired about our services.

Our inbound calls are an easy sell. Each call averages only 15 to 20 minutes.

• Agents are Licensed through our in-house training program, then coached through our proven full cycle sales method. Agents acquire:

Insurance Coverage Expertise

• Negotiation and Brokering Proficiency
• Rebuttal and Closing Skills
• 215/240 Florida State Insurance License We are willing to invest in the best!! There is ZERO cost to you for -training, leads, and licensure fees.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional, well spoken, strong presentation abilities
• Receive / make calls to clients inquiring on our Major Medical Plans
• Understand clients' needs and qualify with excellence
• Follow proven sales scripts and closing procedures
• Overcome client's rebuttals with tact
• Acquire 215/240 Florida Insurance License

SKILLS

• No Insurance Experience Necessary (preferred)
• Proven inside sales/ phone experience
• Sales driven/ Goal focused
• Track record of over-achieving
• Strong phone presence
• Take pride and ownership of service
