Summary/Objective

The Sales Floor Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Store?s functions including receiving, storing, handling and preparing items for sale while maintaining the store in a safe and orderly fashion. The Sales Floor Supervisor also assists store management with generating sales potential, recruiting and development of staff, maintaining store appearance, controlling expenses and shortages. In addition, the Sales Floor Supervisor is responsible for providing assistance as a Sales Associate, working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions and recommend the right solutions. The Sales Floor Supervisor is an ambassador for Green Country Habitat for Humanity and is often making a first impression of the organization to donors and customers, therefore a positive attitude is a must.
