We are looking for a driven Solar Direct Sales Manager to join our company and continue to build our world class solar sales team.

As a Solar Sales Manager, you will sell, recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales reps. We are a lead from the front organization and managers will be expected to lead by example with their sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple sales trainings weekly
• Recruit and hire sales reps
• Sell solar via direct sales, company set appointments, referrals, events, etc
• Area management: assign and monitor sales territory for team of reps
• Help build a lasting culture of fun, personal development, and success

Qualifications:

• 2 years of solar sales experience preferred
• Sales management experience preferred
• Proven track record of personal sales volume
• Must possess strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full Time

Benefits: Bonus structure, Uncapped commissions. Override structure

Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
