Full description of the position

Prime Pest Solutions is currently looking for new Spring/Summer sales associates with excellent communication skills to canvas local neighborhoods and help home owners with their pest/rodent issues. This is a seasonal door-to-door sales position that pays generous commissions with plenty of training and systems in place for you to succeed. If you are someone who goes above and beyond and is tired of being paid the same as everyone else, we want you. Take control of your own income and get paid for the work you put in.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Generate leads through door-to-door interactions and referrals
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all established customers in an effort to not only maintain but continually expand current levels of business.
• Provide clients with superior product knowledge, give quotes, follow up, and close sales.
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings to review current sales activity, new or potential prospects and new products.
• Strive to improve and enhance personal selling skills through outside training, professional development books, and videos.

Qualifications include:

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Self-motivated and driven character
• Ability to knock door-to-door and walk for most of the day
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
