Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 base ($25 per hour) + Commissions + Bonuses every pay period

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Full time position, Tuesday – Saturday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• -Is available to come in whenever they're needed. Might have to stay until close if the center needs coverage.-
• 3 years of supervisory experience in the Beauty field is REQUIRED
• Ability to handle managerial functions
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
• Ability to achieve results through others
• Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on center’s trend and projection
• Understanding of market trends and activities
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
• Ability to evolve with changing environment
