Job Summary:

Hours:

Part Time: 4:00PM to 8:00PM

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Social media specialist CS Representative/Sales follows conversations on the internet while interacting with the public at the same time.
• Responsible for monitoring trending hashtags and topics for company data base.
• Responsible for tracking social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting.
• Experienced With Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Thumbtack, Yelp, Live Chat, Instagram etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for company and external publications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
