Position:

We are an independent Erie Insurance agency in Fairfax, VA [please apply online] looking to hire a motivated Sales focused individual (no prior experience necessary) as a Commercial Insurance Producer who is motivated to build a $500K - $1MM Book of Business - we want to invest in individuals who are motivated to build a career.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive Base Salary + 30% new commission on all new business sold with eventual commission split once validated of 45N/31R + Book Profit Sharing. Benefits include: PTO, 401(k), Medical, M-F (9am-5pm, closed wknds), 2min off I-66 and Fair Oaks Mall.

Here is how we Support our Producers:

• 2 Week P&C License Training - expense and Salary paid while training.
• 8 Week Partner Training Program (PTP) once Licensed
• Mentorship directly with Pres. & Sales Manager, Abe Myers.
• Production Mttg. each [please apply online] to strategize on how we can help you obtain a Bid/Quote Opportunity & action items to enhance closing probability.
• Erie Insurance Virtual Product Training Program
• +Plan – our +Plan identifies select Accounts that we have a higher probability of closing and we devote additional resources & efforts to marketing to those Accounts; we close +75% of the + Accounts we quote.
• Salesforce –offers the very latest in CRM technology: Leads to Accounts to Opportunities are all organized and managed in SF.
• X-Dates – we have over 4k Account x-date’s in Salesforce, ready to call/sell.
• 100% Agency Funded Licensing Continuing Education
• Account Service Team – we have a dedicated Account Service Team providing all Support functions on your Accounts: COI’s, Endorsements, Billing Support, & Proposals – this free’s you up to focus on Production & Building your Book.
• Applied Epic– industry Agency Management system leader.
• CSR24 – Middle-Market Accounts appreciate 24/7 access and ability to produce COI’s, Auto ID Cards, etc.
• Zywave – subscription access to 1,000’s of Employee Manuals, ToolBox Talks and other Risk Control resources.
• OSHAlogs – we’re one of few area agencies to invest into this service which streamlines OSHA reporting for our Middle-Market Contractors.
