The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and assisting in the achievement of sales goals and objectives. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be speaking with and collecting information from prospects, clients, and referral sources and should have a solid understanding of home care services. This role would include focusing on account management with our existing referral sources and supporting our community sales team.
· Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
· Conduct calls with client prospects and their families to explain needed services and become a trusted resource demonstrating knowledge, understanding and empathy.
· Conduct appropriate follow up with prospects, including calls, and sending e-mails, texts, and written correspondence.
· Participate in new client intakes including sending out new client contracts and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork to onboard a client.
· Coordinate with nursing staff and care coordination team to ensure timely initial nurse assessments and start of care.
· Assist clients with determining care needs and possible schedules.
· Assist clients with understanding alternative payment options including LTC Benefits, VA benefits, grants, and other resources.
· Understand cost of services and make appropriate recommendations to families.
· Assist clients and their families with referrals to other needed services, including geriatric care managers, financial advisors, and other health professionals.
· Document sales activities in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, using good organizational skills, and maintain records that are up to date using an online calendar system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
