We are searching for highly motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our flourishing Parts Sales Rep team. Our Call Center Sales Reps earn an hourly base pay plus the opportunity to earn additional income through our uncapped incentive plan while working in an exciting and supportive work environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receives inbound customer part sales calls
• Receives customer part inquiry calls
• Converts inquiries into parts orders
• Recommends related parts, add-ons, and promotional merchandise
• Collects and inputs appropriate customer information
• Transfers appropriate calls to Part Specialist, Customer Relations, or other Sears toll-free numbers as needed
• Checks local unit stock as requested by the customer
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than one year of related experience
• 18 years of age or older
