We are seeking 3-5 health insurance agents with at least 1 year of experience for our established insurance agency in sunny Delray Beach, FL. The qualified candidate will act as a liaison between the insurance companies and the prospective/current customers. We expect each agent to act as a knowledgeable expert, while representing the agency and affiliated insurance carriers with care and consideration.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of health insurance sales experience or 3+ years of verifiable telemarketing sales experience in another vertical.

• Reliable transportation to and from the Delray Beach office.
• A sociable, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• A 2-15 or 2-40 license is preferred, but not required.
• Have a great attitude, work ethic, and be coachable!
