Overview
This position is to manage implementation of ‘healow’ – Health and Online Wellness Platform, products and services working with clients and internal cross-functional team. The critical aspects of this job are to manage customer relationship, expectations, project scoping, planning, execution, assessment, and closure.
Responsibilities
- The role of the Account Manager in Implementation is to create and execute project work plans and revise plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Own multiple accounts from activation until project closure
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Provide adequate trainings via online and/or onsite demonstrations
- Ensure that the project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Work with Outreach Associates, Adoption Specialists and Marketing from each product within healow to create opportunities, channel specific promotions and best in class product positioning
- Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific account
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Develop and present ROI models demonstrating the benefits of increased patient volume and effective product mix to the account
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
- Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Review product availability, developing the correct merchandising mix to maximize adoption and aligning promotional calendars with each account to optimize opportunities and new apps launch timing
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Compile with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Discuss business workflow with the customer.
- Understand customer limitations and propose alternatives / workarounds.
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report on implementation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of training experience
- Minimum of 1 year in current eCW position in good standing
- eCW Product Certification
- Ability to travel 10 - 20% of the time for client site visits and company conferences
