Outside Sales Representative Job Description:

Trinity Glass is looking to hire a talented and professional Outside Sales Representative. Our office is located at 8926 Telegraph Rd., Lorton, VA 22079.

Outside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

-Making phone calls to schedule appointments with clients, follow up on pending jobs, follow up on unapproved quotes.

-Writing work orders, writing quotes, organizing his/her own work schedule.

-Optimizing his/her own driving route, creating his/her own list of clients to be visiting, finding new clients to visit, following up on visited clients.

-Making packages for give aways to clients during visits, making sure the company orders more promotional materials to give away to clients before the stock is depleted.

-Keeping a good driving record and driving in a safe responsible professional manner.

-Keeping a good groomed professional appearance; dress professionally always wearing the company logo branded uniforms.

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:

-High school diploma.

-A valid driver’s license.

-Good driving record.

-Own reliable transportation to get to work (company vehicle provided to visit clients).

-Ability to lift heavy objects.

-A high level of attention to detail.

-Excellent hand-eye coordination.

-Good communication skills.

-Professional appearance.

-Ability to deal with stressful situations.

-Self-motivated, self-organized, self-managed.
