WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s Degree, prior sales experiences, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience required; any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM system is strongly desired
- Ability to obtain/maintain MHIC Sales License
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead, motivate, and coach Sales team
- Monitor and assess Sales Consultants weekly, and monthly performance
- Recruit, develop, and manage staff to support all departmental functions
- Conduct weekly motivational sales training meetings
- Interact with Customers as needed to maintain 100% customer satisfaction
