WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree, prior sales experiences, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience required; any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM system is strongly desired
• Ability to obtain/maintain MHIC Sales License

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead, motivate, and coach Sales team
• Monitor and assess Sales Consultants weekly, and monthly performance
• Recruit, develop, and manage staff to support all departmental functions
• Conduct weekly motivational sales training meetings
• Interact with Customers as needed to maintain 100% customer satisfaction
