Desert Toyota enjoys encouraging and promoting advancement in all level’s entry to upper management. WE will provide a $4000.00 per month guarantee for the first 90 days - No Prior Experience Needed. Certified Toyota and RBI training will also be included. Most of our sales and management team started and have been with us for a better part of their careers. Responsibilities
  • Fantastic Attitude!! Team minded with a winning mentality.
  • High energy personality.
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Follow-up with all customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications

  • No sales experience needed, we will support and train you!!
  • Automotive experience NOT required!
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends along with having a Self-starter mentality.
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license
