Full description of the position

Due to our high level of growth, we're currently interviewing experienced Commercial Insurance CSRs. Base pay of 45,000 to 55,000 per year, plus potential bonuses. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting current clients with insurance policy questions and service related items. CSR's are also responsible with assisting Sales producers with data entry, account buildouts and proposals for new and existing business.

An Active 2-20, 4-40 or 20-44 license is REQUIRED.

Microsoft Office Experience Required

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Insurance sales and customer service environment
• Able to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements
• Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance preferred
• Goal driven, ambitious, career minded focus and attention to detail
• Strong Computer and CRM Proficiency & Comfort required. (Mandatory)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a preferred, but not a requirement*****
