Role Summary:

Fast growing Manufactured Home Community Owner and Operator looking for an Area Operations/Maintenance Manager, who will be responsible for community operations and upkeep.

As a manager, you will be responsible for overall community operations including collecting site and home rent, ensuring a clean community, overseeing home remodeling process, new home deliveries and set ups, issuing community violation notices and enforcing community guidelines.

Job Duties:

· Manage Overall Community Operations including rent collections, enforcing community guidelines, posting violations, reporting crime, manage eviction process and overall cleanliness of the community.

· Drive/Walk community daily to ensure homes are clean, show-ready, locked-up and evaluate overall community appearance and curb appeal.

· Collect home and site rents and deposit checks at the bank.

· Oversee maintenance of the community such as road repairs, tree trimming, landscape, home demolitions, vendor bids, plumbing and electrical repairs, home remodels, etc.

· Oversee new and pre-owned home sets within the community.

· Appear in court on the behalf of the Company regarding evictions unless the state requires a lawyer in which case all paperwork must be done in a timely manner.

· Manage and oversee community events, advertising, and promotions to sell and lease homes within your designated communities.

· Meet sales and leasing budgets set forth by leadership.

· Present and maintain a professional image on behalf of Company Name while interacting with prospective and current residents.

· Availability as needed on weekends depending on needs of the business.

· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leadership

Required Skills:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision

· Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Prior Sales Experience preferred

· Property Management Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
