Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Odeh Family Insurance - Allstate Agench is hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives. Obtaining new business is essential to our success. We are looking for driven individuals who have a passion for making strong connections with new and existing customers, to help grow our business. Insurance experience is required. As our new hire, we’ll invest in your success with training and mentorship. In this role you’ll learn to navigate the client lifecycle through initiating conversations, identifying needs, building strong relationships, and closing deals!

Insurance Agent Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established. • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. • Maintain knowledge of new products. • Create client relationships with new and existing customers. • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection. Insurance Agent Requirements • Property & Casualty License (must be willing to obtain). • Life & Health License (preferred) • English/Spanish bilingual (very valuable) • Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency • Upbeat, positive and optimistic personality • Solid grasp of property and casualty insurance • Allstate Binding Authority • Answer phones and handle incoming telemarketing leads • Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • No weekends • Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay • Commission pay • Monthly bonus Work Location: One location
