Our competitive pay is from 20% of commissionable gross profit. Sales consultants have the ability to earn up to 2 tiers of higher commission percentages up to 28%. Plus $10.00 up to $100.00 for Finance and Insurance products sold. Unit bonuses are here as well that pay up to $2,000.00.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive relationship with customers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
• Management may assign other duties.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors

Qualifications Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment. Valid driver license and a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,120.00 - $150,000.00 per year
