Full description of the position

Floor City is one of the fastest-growing flooring stores in America. We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to help run our new location in Vancouver, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming calls.
• Customer service for walk-in clients.
• Appointment setting.
• Client product education on the showroom floor.
• Assist in the creation of estimates, including set estimate appointments for installers/estimators.
• Manage/complete product sales including price and stock checks.
• Create contracts and collect/receive/processing of payments.
• Order products and follow up by tracking shipments and deliveries.
• Coordinate with installers to help customers plan dates of installation.

Objectives

• Determine the most effective solutions to increase sales and efficiency.
• Build sales reports, analyze and implement new strategies.
• Set projected sales goals based on past performance.
• Monitor employee production, and optimize workflow.
• Implement new procedures and applications as needed.
• Work directly with owners to plan and prepare for growth.

• Accounting / ERP (Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics)

• Task Managers (Asana / Trello)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
