Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality relationships with our customers
• Meet and exceed sales requirements for new and used cars
• Work with sales managers and co-workers to ensure that individual and department sales goals are met
• Maintaining consistently high CSI Scores, by providing excellent customer service
• Ensure that training and certification (per manufacturer standards) are completed, enroll in applicable training as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate behaviors consistent with Patrick Motor Group’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in sales
• Must have effective communication skills: oral, written, listening
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a required background check
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
