Experience with Estate Sales, Auctions, eBay resellers, Consignment Stores, managing a team, and moving items are a big plus but not necessary - just a passion to help others.

Retirees who want to give back or Individuals with a flexible daytime schedule are encouraged to apply to our amazing team.

Caring Transitions provides older adults and their families with much-needed services such as:

• Downsizing and sorting their home for personal belonging sale
• Determining what is a donation and what is an item of value to sell on our online estate auction
• Moving and unpacking to resettle a client into a retirement community

Seeking a dedicated individual who is able to effectively problem-solve while working independently with minimal supervision and flexibility with scheduling. The position has direct interactions with clients and the public. Due to the nature of the position and the clients we deal with, we are a nonsmoking company.

Compensation:

• $17.00 hourly to start. As you excel at your own pace, you can earn up to $20 with the growth of responsibilities – Flexible Part-Time may lead to Full-Time for the right candidate. Complete Training Provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort through a client’s house to determine what’s a donation, what’s of value to be sold, or what is to be trashed
• Selecting household items to be grouped into lots and photographed for online auction sales
• Safely pack/unpack and resettle client’s household items at new residence
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, with flexible scheduling
• Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Opportunities For Growth
• A positive and compassionate attitude

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, and/or lifting
• Paid Training Provided

Compensation

$17.00 hourly
