Own Sleep Medicine is one of the fastest growing Home Sleep Testing and CPAP Providers. Our team is looking to add another rockstar to our team to exponentially grow our referrals from healthcare providers across the West Coast and beyond.

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for successfully hunting down new referral sources within healthcare practices in their respective market area to increase inbound patients. A successful Business Development Specialist will be able to quickly learn and persuasively communicate our services.

What to Expect

  • Territory covering Washington, Oregon, and California full of healthcare providers willing to refer their patients. Larger areas may be provided based on results.
  • Base salary and uncapped commission structure. Six-figure earning potential. The more referrals received, the more you earn!
  • Training on the products, services, and framework of successful sales.
  • Autonomy to establish priorities and targets within your sales pipeline.
  • Constant interaction with prospective relationships, including follow up and on-the-spot solutions.
  • Open market area to dominate and produce recurring referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and connect with doctors and practices to develop a solid relationship that produces a reliable stream of patient referrals for testing and treatment.
  • Consistently communicate with company leadership on market area insights and developments.
  • Connect company leadership to opportunities to foster stronger relationships with referring providers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
