Come be a part TITLE Boxing Club NoVA (Springfield + Falls Church, VA) THE BEST HOUR OF YOUR DAY. We are looking for fun, enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate at both of our locations in Springfield and Falls Church, VA

Job Description:

• Builds and develops relationships with members to achieve our vision of a vibrant TITLE
• Executes the sales process effectively and accurately.
• Proactively source/ follow-up with prospective members (leads) to generate New Membership sales in real time
• Routinely administer safety checks of all equipment
• Stays current on all product knowledge and communicates features and benefits to members to build member knowledge and confidence in the product
• Helps to execute daily club activities, enhance membership experience
• WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS - TEAMWORK

Job Skills:

• Must be professional, pro active, on time and reliable. This is a must.
• Comfortable and calm in pressure-filled moments
• Must be a friendly, energetic, outgoing, personable individual.
• Must be confident with the ability to sale
• Must have high energy, be able to motivate members and staff.
• Strong leadership qualities, pro activeness and resourceful
• Must be coach-able, creative
• Prior customer service or sales/ marketing experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Passion for fitness, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership, business strategy and operations
• Physically in shape and able to take 45 min Boxing Group Cardio class
• Ability to engage and build rapport with members and prospective members
