JOB SUMMARY

· Responsible for prospecting and expanding the customer base by understanding what the customer wants and by submitting offers. Negotiates and closes deals and has to submit reports along with business strategies. Manage and direct other account managers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

· Review RFQ requests and establish efficient cost effective methods of production.

· Prepares quotes, routers, sales orders, and work orders.

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the products according to customer needs and objectives.

· Communicate clearly the progress of weekly initiatives to management.

· Forecast and track key accounts.

· Identify opportunities and collaborate with production teams to ensure attainment.

· Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

· Report to corporate officers on status of customer base.

· Explore and expand customer base on macro scale.

· Lead, guide and direct all account managers.

· Responsible for all high level customer transactions and responsibilities.

· Other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor and management.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma required.

· College degree in related field preferred but not required.

· 5 years experience in related field required.

· Computer savvy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Blue print/schematic reading/knowledge required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
