Our company is seeking customer service professionals to help support our growing customer base. We are looking for candidates who are naturally responsive and understand that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. This position requires that you have exceptional customer service and communication skills, and you should be comfortable speaking with diverse customer bases.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and offer them services.
• Listen to customers' complaints and solve problems.
• Handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently.
• Gather and process information from customers.
• Handlingapplications and renewals
• Filing paperwork, and assisting employees with paperwork.
• Input customer information into databases to maintain effective records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32,800.00 per year
