Commercial Insurance Producer- HOA Specialist

Location: Tucson, AZ

Compensation: $40,000- $80,000

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Independent Agency – Retail Insurance Brokerage Position

Compensation plan will consist of a base salary and competitive commission plan.

• Compensation to increase with time as producer grows his/her book of business
• Competitive commission rate on new business
• Experience working with HOA clients a plus
• Leads will be provided

This opportunity for a proven insurance producer or commercial lines account executive that has an interest in joining an outstanding agency and taking their career to the next level.

The sales focus of this position will be the HOA market in the greater Tucson area.

This individual must demonstrate clear understanding of property & casualty insurance lines of coverage and program designs to fulfill the needs of clients.

Ability to manage schedules, set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures and present alternative insurance solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients.

Must be high energy, self-managed with a persistent desire to succeed. Will have a CSR/support staff to manage customer service-related items.

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Cultivate existing relationships to create additional cross-sell opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with various company marketing representatives and underwriters
• Develop strong relationships & trust with clients and fellow employees
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and the ability to build relationships
• Prior exposure to sales
• Outgoing, positive personality
• Driven, goal-focused, and coach-able professional
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Competitive spirit
• Property & Casualty Producer license
• In depth knowledge of insurance principles and programs

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
