Anushka Spa Salon and Cosmedical Centre are seeking full and part-time Guest Service/Sales Representatives for our luxurious 12,000 sq ft facility. The Guest Service & Sales Representative is responsible for developing strong relationships and trust with our guests, offering guests additional service opportunities, and assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs while following all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the Anushka experience for guests by maintaining the standards set in SUMMIT.
• Adheres to policies of Anushka Spa Salon and Cosmedical Centre.

• Responsible for booking appointments for services at the facility and answering questions about the services offered.
• Make recommendations according to guest's needs.
• Responsible for utilizing branded scripts that include unique phone greetings, making appointments, confirmation calls, rescheduling, and answering questions regarding services and pricing, all with the highest level of professionalism.
• Handles customer questions with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve any customer issues with one call resolution.
• Utilizes operational systems to book services.
• Provide a guided tour of the facility and offer refreshments.
• Assists in checking guests in and out at the Front Desk, including following through with recommendation scripts and procedures for offering retail products, scheduling next visits, and offering additional service options to upgrade the guest experience.
• Maintains sales goals and objectives, including upgrades and additional services.
• Continued Education with learning new products and services and creating scripts to offer items professionally.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, performing routine walk-throughs.
• Responsible for achieving monthly goals by being consistent with scripting that's provided. Goals achieved are rewarded every month. Sales metrics include the following: up-selling services, rebooking, retail, gift cards, specials and promotions, referrals, and products.
• Work assigned schedule and arrives and departs from their shift on time.
• Attends all scheduled meetings and training.
• Full-time and/or part-time availability.
• Scheduling flexibility, including evenings. Saturdays Required.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
