Our opportunity is unique in that you get to be in business for yourself but not by yourself. Yep! That’s right! We help you build your own book of business. Our team members have direct commission compensation directly from the carriers. Management is compensated only when you are hitting your goal successfully. This ensures that they will support your efforts as you grow and learn. Although the earning potential is up to you, the average first year comp is $40-60k not including quarterly or annual bonuses and residual income, with no time clock to punch; you control your schedule.
Your mission, should you choose to do so, is to create lasting relationships with business owners, help create the conversation around employee benefits, and service your client with consultation, commitment, and proficiency. Additionally, we encourage our teams to serve each other, help build community through fun outings, trips (we believe in having FUN!) and cohesive partnerships, as well as be active in their community. NC Insurance License in Life and Health/Accident is required for this position. Training to obtain licensure is available.

As a condition of your contract, you are expected to comply with the state-specific licensing process and requirements to perform work as an insurance consultant, customer relationship specialist, direct sales specialist, or outbound specialist. If you do not complete these requirements within the time frame designated by the hiring department, your contract with Cornerstone Employee Benefits LLC may be terminated. Please also note that any outstanding fines that you may have previously incurred are your responsibility and must be paid as a condition of your employment.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which may include a drug screen.
