Job SummaryProvide outstanding customer service through substantial product knowledge and consistent quality service in the retail store. Actively sell to customers to maintain profitability while continually building the base of satisfied customers. Candidate will be assigned to both Tucson locations - 22nd Street and North Oracle Road. Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with clients.
• Consults with clients to understand their needs and preferences related to products and services.
• Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean retail environment, including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.
• Participate in stock management activities.
• Promote Poolwerx home services.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
