The Field Sales Representative in this position will identify, develop, and convert new opportunities into successful business relationships as well as managing existing accounts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience
• Solid work ethic comprised of high levels of self-motivation, passion, and engagement
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Experienced in cold calling and successful prospect development

Responsibilities:

• Provide information, process requests for samples and price quotations to customers utilizing general and on-line commerce methods
• Hunt for new customers that fit the business model
• Make regular service calls on any assigned major accounts to determine level of service
• Promote new and/or additional services and products to existing and new customers
• Keep detailed records and verify information of existing accounts and making any changes as needed and required to maintain accuracy of data.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Gets satisfaction out of helping others

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Compensation Negotiable based on experience. Additional compensation is commission based. Expected range to be $50,000 up to $500,000.
• Work expenses will be reimbursed
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO
