YOUR LIFE AS A SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This full-time direct sales position requires a flexible schedule to meet customer needs, including some weekend availability.

As a Solar Sales Representative, you help drive our company's growth by meeting with prospective customers and selling them our clean energy products. You travel to appointments and discuss each customer's energy needs, recommending the products and services that would best suit their situation. Using your knowledge of utility incentives and tax credits, you're able to make a persuasive case for our products. Once a homeowner has purchased a product, you prepare a job package to provide our drafting and field organization teams with sufficient information to complete the installation.

Throughout the installation process, you serve as the customer's point of contact, always available to answer questions and provide progress updates. In addition to working with individual customers and pursuing leads, you assist with marketing events such as home shows and community events. Your satisfaction comes from achieving your personal goals while promoting sustainable clean energy!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5+ years of direct sales experience
• Bachelor's degree OR associate degree with 8+ years of experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of progressively responsible sales experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to move ladders and climb on roofs
