FFR, Inc. is a privately owned contingency based collection agency located west of Boston, MA. With over 30 years in business, we operate our agency with a standard of excellence in service to both our clients and consumers that goes above and beyond what is typical. Our mission is to help people move forward with a focus on working with individuals to remove debt from their portfolio. We work in many industries with the majority of our clients in healthcare. We understand the critical role we play in our client’s revenue cycle management and implement compassionate assertiveness during each collections process.

FFR is seeking an account associate to be a part of the sales and marketing team focusing on lead follow up and nurturing up to closing of the sale.

Primary job responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Respond to, nurture and close incoming leads
  • Regularly update sales efforts in records in Salesforce
  • Manage outbound email campaign to generate leads
  • Manage current client month email communications
  • Onboard new clients
  • Provide management with scheduled reporting on status of sales pipeline and all prospects on a weekly basis.
  • As required, travel to trade show events to represent FFR

Required Skills and Experience

  • Preferably 2+ years identifying leads and opportunities, developing and managing sales appointments
  • Highly personable, outgoing and positive individual.
  • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and work independently within a team of peers.
  • Professional attitude and polished telephone communications skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and following up leads on a daily basis both by phone and face to face.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Discipline to enter and maintain lead data into a CRM system (Salesforce Experience helpful).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
