Personal Lines Producer

We are a growing insurance agency and are seeking a Personal Lines Producer to work alongside a team of dedicated, talented, and enthusiastic professionals to assist in retaining clients and writing new business. The person in this role will work to deliver a best-in-class experience through managing the day-to-day service for clients’ insurance programs.

Primary Job Duties:

• Build relationships with clients and insurance carriers
• Conduct coverage analysis for prospects and clients
• Coordinate efforts and introduce resources to control or mitigate risk exposures
• Deliver exceptional and timely service

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 1-3 years of experience producing personal lines business and/or servicing personal lines accounts
• Strong team mentality
• Ability to grasp new concepts/automation quickly
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Drive to continually increase insurance knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends and topics in the marketplace
• Active Property and Casualty license
