Full description of the position

Job Description:

• Maintain client relationships as it pertains to the service dept.
• Highly motivated individual that requires minimal oversight for task completion and deadlines.
• Assemble and submit service repair quotes originating from field service tech data provided.
• Assemble and submit service contract proposals from internal and external leads.
• Perform annual analysis of service contract renewals.
• Purchasing of parts/supplies through MCC vendors for approved quotes.
• Stay current on all requests for service repairs.
• Follow-up with service clients on pending repairs.
• Service department assistance.
• Communicate with other departments and Field Staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
