Full description of the position

Looking for an Automotive General Manager with proven experience to run a dual franchise dealership in the Winchester, Virginia area. Must be able to motivate and manage both Sales and Service departments to achieve maximum sales volume and high profit margins on both the Sales and Service side. Looking for a leader to take the organization to the next level. Ford and Chrysler experience is a definate plus! Fantastic career opportunity for the right person. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
