Now Hiring - First Choice Credit Management, LLC - Financial Services Inside Sales Associate in West Palm Beach, FL

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our West Palm Beach office. Our Debt Settlement Sales Representatives work in a call center environment taking calls from and making calls to consumers who have applied for help resolving their unsecured debt.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

**This is a full-time, in-house (not remote) position at our office is located close to downtown West Palm Beach**

Responsibilities include:

• Take inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
• Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services online
• Evaluate potential clients' situation and provide options to help pay off their debt
• Quote payment options and explain program details
• Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
• Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files
• The schedule is your option of Monday to Friday 9a-6p OR 10a-7p

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience required (preferably in a call center environment)
• The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
• Must be energetic and self-motivated
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Bilingual a plus!
• Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools
