POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Spa Sales Representative uses both technical expertise and interpersonal skills to build rapport, educate customers, and achieve sales goals. This position is the point of contact for all spa customers and will see the process through from initial consultation to installation.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Possess in-depth product knowledge of spas, products, and services in order to educate customers
• Perform cost/benefit analysis to meet customer needs
• Build rapport and assess customers’ needs through active listening
• Emphasize key features of spas that correspond with the customers’ needs
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers; be responsive to inquires and issues
• Ensuring the spa showroom is clean and organized at all times
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience
• 4 years’ customer service experience
• 4 years’ sales experience
• Valid AZ driver's license

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods in a stationary position while working at a desk and on a computer
• Prolonged periods moving throughout the retail floor

This position is eligible for commission.
