Job Responsibilities

• Sell service maintenance agreements to owner direct businesses, contractors, property management companies, and referrals
• Self-generate leads and promote service maintenance offerings, including regular servicing and cleaning of any energy management, building management, and building automation system integration projects
• Prospect potential clients, establish relationships, and win business in the Greater Portland Area (Vancouver to Salem)
