Now Hiring Enrollment Agents for our growing call center located in Boynton Beach Florida!

ABOUT US
Advocate My Meds is a patient advocacy group founded to help the uninsured and under-insured gain access to vital prescription medications in America.

Our Enrollment department serves as the initial point of contact for the patients, as we set out to provide a long term solution to our clients’ hardship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Enrollment Agent, you will be fielding inbound and outbound calls to qualify patients for prescription assistance programs. Responsibilities include:
-Obtaining and verifying patient information
-Providing information about our prescription assistance service
-Using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns
-Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of services offered

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and traits:
-An outgoing and driven personality
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Ethics to professionally handle confidential information
-Basic computer skills
-Attention to detail

-Call center, customer service, sales, or marketing background

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
