Full description of the position
The International Marketing Specialist is an energetic marketing professional who will develop and execute worldwide individual subscriber acquisition programs that drive conversions through digital marketing (including email, web advertising and social media) and direct mail. The ideal candidate has international marketing experience developing and implementing innovative marketing programs that drive sales in both traditional and new media. The Associate Marketing Specialist will also play a pivotal role in expanding our Global Society Partner Program. Responsibilities include supporting marketing initiatives, assisting with partner communication, copy, offers, contracts, and partner relationships to meet significant revenue goals. To be successful in this internationally growth focused role the candidate must be a team player who is willing to accept feedback from numerous stakeholders in multiple departments across the organization. He/she must be comfortable moving from traditional to new media, equally strong in analysis, operational and creative domains, and must possess strong project management and people skills. He/she must also be comfortable training and working remotely. This role will be 100% remote**- Responsible for meeting aggressive individual new subscriber base unit order and revenue goals within budget.
- Implements marketing of existing and new products to current and new segments to increase response and drive incremental revenue.
- Develops and manages international digital marketing efforts to include email, banner ads, social media ads and pixels, real-time personalization, predictive content, and other online advertising/e-commerce efforts.
- Creates/implements international direct mail campaigns on time and budget. Plans/executes measurable direct marketing format/creative tests. Promotes new product features, specialties and payment options/changes. Utilizes learnings from analytics to increase response and improve ROI.
- Responsible for management of campaign list selections, package translation review, proof Q/A, and localized landing pages.
- Assists with Global Partner Program marketing initiatives; included but not limited to reviewing/drafting marketing copy, coordinating promotional offers, drafting partner contracts, and assisting with partner communication and presentations.
- Manages monthly reports; provides accurate and on-time monthly reporting and makes actionable recommendations based on KPIs and key learnings.
- Conducts comprehensive primary research (including web surveys, physician interviews, etc.) on assigned markets to better understand and capitalize on areas of opportunity, develop market personas, and improve localized messaging in future campaigns. Summarizes and presents data to key stake holders.
- Partners with internal stakeholders in other departments to share information and leverage international promotional efforts.Education :
- B.A. or B.S. degree with major in marketing, business management or equivalent education outside of United States.Required Experience:
- 1+ years of consumer direct marketing experience, with experience in international marketing preferred
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Action oriented; ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred Experience :
- Direct mail and digital marketing experience preferred
- Prior experience in marketing to physicians or healthcare providers a plusOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Proficiency with data analysis
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools preferred
- Proficiency in one of the following languages a plus: Spanish, German, French, simplified Chinese or Brazilian PortugueseTravel:
