Full description of the position

• 1+ years of Financial Sales experience
• Go-getter personality with the drive and motivation to build a career in sales - Will take a personality test
• Experience cold calling on new clients
• State Insurance License (any state)
• One of the Series Licenses (Series, 6, 7, 63, etc.) Day-to-Day:Insight Global is looking for 2 Financial Sales Associates to work remotely for a Financial Services company. These individuals will first assist tenured Sales Associates at the company to learn the business, products, and services. The Associates will eventually start to cold call on prospective clients in order to sell a platform of services and a variety of financial products/solutions (annuities, life insurance, long-term care, etc.). This job will primarily be done over the phone/through video calls, but travel to see clients is required. These individuals must have a hard working mentality, a go-getter personality, and strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in the financial services industry and strive to build their own book of business.
