Position Summary:Marie Oliver is currently seeking a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will help identify and creatively execute upon developing social-media and digital marketing content and experiences that uphold the Marie Oliver brand and align with our strategies. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. -

- Have your finger on the pulse of cultural trends and excel at finding creative ways for our brand to engage authentically in moments that matter. -
- Have the communication skills to unlock new and improved ways to message the company's vision, culture, and brand, the strategic orientation to identify what initiatives will move the needle, and the creative vision to see how we bring it all to life through engaging content. -
Duties & Responsibilities: -- Grow and manage our online social presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work with the Director of Marketing & Creative Director to build and maintain calendars, draft copy, assist with influencer relations, and create content + graphics.
- Work with internal teams to produce rich, engaging social media content that continuously drives customer activity and purchasing.
- Participate in brainstorming for upcoming events, campaigns & product releases.
- Social Media Content:
- Develop creative social media marketing content and strategies. -
- Develop graphic and image assets for both content marketing and digital marketing efforts.
- Create original content utilizing in house photography, copy and videos.
- Ensure that marketing deliverables adhere to brand standards and style guidelines.
- Social Media Reporting:
- Optimize and analyze posts for engagement.
- Collect and research weekly data reports across all social media channels.
- Community Management & Engagement:
- Interact and engage with our audience and respond to inquiries .
- Connect with Influencers to drive brand awareness and create excitement across social media platforms.
- Identify and engage Bloggers, Influencers and others that can continuously drive new customers to our multiple brand divisions.
Job Specifications // Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in a social media or community management role
- Fluency with the Adobe Suite; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus!
- Some graphic design and/or Canva experience is preferred -
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask -
- Proficient with technology and social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Creative, out-of-the-box mindset - Awareness of the latest trends across social platforms -
- You know the trending sound on TikTok this week
- Ability to tell engaging stories with posts, pictures, and video
- Ability to edit videos is a plus!
- Knowledge about the fashion/lifestyle influencer space
- Branding and digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for fashion, and lifestyle brands -
- Sense of humor, team player, and positive attitude
- Experience writing professional social media, blog, content posts a plus!
