The Keller Agencies of Globe Life Liberty National Division is expanding due to back-to-back years of record market growth across the nation. The Keller Agencies has locations is Pittsburgh & Morgantown. Additionally, we now have teams working in the Erie/Cleveland and Charleston markets as well!

We are looking for professional, highly ambitious, and motivated leaders to be a part of our team as we continue to build and grow in Western PA and West Virginia.

Role: Account Manager

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000+

Responsibilities:

- Connect with business owners utilizing our state-of-the-art SalesForce platform

- Consult with business owners & HR directors about needed employee benefit programs

- Utilize proven company systems to partner with businesses and their employees

- Provide benefit enrollment services for business organizations

- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goals

- Communicate and plan weekly activity in partnership with the leadership team

- Follow established activity model for success

Qualifications:

- Professional representation of self and company

- Customer Service experience preferred

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office

- Willingness to learn and be coached

- Desire to make a positive impact in the community

- Good organization and communication skills
