• Learn, master and execute our customer focused selling process
• Follow through with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with purchase decision
• Present financial options to our clients and assist with vehicle selection.
• Understand and implement dealership delivery process - -
• Present and demonstrate inventory - -
• Assist our client's selection process through demonstration drives - -
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications - -
• Be a brand and company ambassador to our friends, family and community Education and/or Experience - -
  • General Education Degree is required, higher level education and / or inexpert reduces promotion time frame.
  • Sales Experience of any kind is desired
  • Automotive sales experience, education and prior training are a PLUS. - -
  • We seek diversity! Compensation and Freedom Time Package
    • Compensation plan includes training pay, industry leading commissions, weekly, monthly and annual bonuses. Target compensation is $65,000 but many make much more.
    • Volume Sales target achievements allow our team members to make their own schedule but everyone gets a three day weekend EVERY month along with flex-nights off. Don't miss that critical moment, concert, soccer game or recital again ever again!
    • Vacation time of up to three weeks per year (IN ADDITION to WEEKENDS OFF for loyal associates!)
